Evcom Computers provides its services to both home users and small businesses.
They are available to the greater Durban area, but have on occasion gone as far as Pietermaritzburg.

David Murphy started his carreer as a Telephone Technician on the SA Railways in Bloemfontein.
From there he moved to the Free State Geduld Mines where he furthered his technical knowledge as an Instrumentation Technician.
After gaining practical experience in the field for two years, he transfered to the Anglo American Training center. Here, he trained technicans and Junior Engineers.
He was asked to evaluate an Apprentice contract monitoring system, after submitting his report, he was tasked with advising the programmer and finally took over the development of the system completely.
Subsequent to that he opened Kwik-Kopy in Pinetown for two years.
Then came the partnership with John and Eric, starting Evcom Computers. David took over the ownership of the business when John and Eric immegrated.
